Welcome to the Columbia Gymnastics 2024-2025 season!

Registration Deadline: September 15, 2024

Notice: If you are paying by check DO NOT enroll your gymnast(s) here. Parents paying by check must do so in person with an Upenders Representative on September 3rd, 5th, 9th, or 11th from 5-7pm at Columbia Gymnastics. Checks will not be accepted by mail.

If you have a balance from previous season, you will be required to pay that balance in full before completing registration.

On behalf of the Upenders Parent Booster Club, we extend a warm welcome to our Gymnastics Family!

Upenders is a volunteer parent organization that supports the competitive teams at Columbia Gymnastics. The Upenders organization manages team member registration and payment collection necessary for the gymnasts to compete. Upenders collects competition entrance fees and a $300 annual membership fee. The competition fees are calculated based on the gymnast's level. Additional fees will be charged for Regional and National competitions for qualified gymnasts.

The gym starts registering for competitions in September, so it's crucial for registration to be completed on time. Registration and the first payment must be completed by September 15, 2024. All fees must be paid by December 15, 2024.

Payment Options

Payment Plan (online)

Four (4) monthly credit card payments (September, October, November, and December). The online payment system includes a processing fee for each transaction. The first payment in $300 with the balance split evenly over the final 3 payments.

Check (in-person)

One single payment in full delivered in person to an Upenders Representative. Representatives from Upenders will be at the gym on September 3rd, 5th, 9th, and 11th from 5-7pm.

Important Notes

• By joining the team, families agree to pay the monthly fee for the entire season.
• There will be NO refunds for competitions the gymnast misses due to illness or other scheduling conflicts.
• There will be NO refunds issued if your gymnast decides to withdraw from the team.
